Foxconn engaged Hammes as its master planning partner to lead the planning and development of its 3,000-acre Wisconn Valley Science and Technology Park (WVSTP) in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. The WVSTP has the potential to become one of the largest business park projects in North America.
The WVSTP's ambition — to foster technology investment and scientific innovation that reach beyond Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest to eventually touch all parts of the United States by drawing local and regional talent and leveraging best practices — required master planning at significant scale and complexity, alongside development feasibility for the campus' infrastructure.
Hammes was engaged to serve as Foxconn's master planning partner to lead the planning and development of its 3,000-acre Wisconn Valley Science and Technology Park.
