Mike's consulting leadership experience spans more than 30 years working with healthcare systems, large academic and public hospitals, and physician groups. He has a proven track record of helping healthcare clients expand access, enhance their strategic position, and improve operations and the patient experience. He has strong financial and analytical skills and is adept at anticipating future trends and efficiently allocating scarce resources.

Mike has written and spoken on the impact of emerging healthcare trends to health system boards, large physician groups, national trade associations, state legislatures, and two United States congressional committees.

Mike holds a Master of Health Services Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College.
