Liz Durrence, FACHE

Elizabeth (Liz) Durrence is an Operational Readiness Executive with Hammes Healthcare, based in Tampa.

Liz brings more than 20 years of healthcare administration experience, including nine years serving as chief operating officer for three health systems.

Her owner-side leadership experience gives her a firsthand understanding of how health systems make operating decisions and prepare leaders, teams, and clinical services for major facility openings and transitions.

Liz is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She holds a Master of Health Administration, Master of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from the University of North Florida.
