Kathy Brown is an Operational Readiness Executive with Hammes Healthcare, based in Washington, D.C.

Kathy draws on her advanced practice nursing background to bring a patient-first perspective to capital projects. For more than 25 years, her work has connected operational readiness and facility planning with the realities of care delivery. She works with clinical, operational, and support teams to redesign workflows and prepare for the transition and activation of new and renovated care environments.

Kathy is a registered nurse and holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania.
