Jen Prom

Jen Prom is an Operational Readiness Executive with Hammes Healthcare.

Jen brings an owner-side perspective shaped by more than 20 years of healthcare experience. She understands how health systems translate strategy into operational change and align executive, clinical, and operational teams as they prepare people, processes, and technology for new facilities and systems.

Jen holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Francis, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
