David Ransom

David Ransom is Vice President, National Development Services with Hammes Healthcare.

He has more than 30 years of experience leading complex real estate development, design, and construction projects. He has led the development, design, and construction of billions of dollars of healthcare facilities and has served a broad range of notable health system clients.

Dave is a registered architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Academy of Architecture for Health (AAH), the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE), and the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP). He received a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Texas Tech University.
