Brian Dean

Brian Dean is Regional Vice President, Client Development with Hammes Healthcare, based in Columbus, Ohio.

He is responsible for client development and client assurance across the Midwest region, supporting healthcare organizations as they plan, manage, and deliver complex facility and strategic planning initiatives.

Brian brings broad experience across healthcare real estate, construction, project management advisory, and operational consulting. His background includes preconstruction coordination, cost planning, account management, and strategic advisory support. His hands-on understanding of project delivery allows him to help clients align strategy, operations, budgets, schedules, and implementation priorities.

Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from CapitalUniversity and a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University.
