Hammes ranked as No. 1 developer in 2023 Modern Healthcare Construction & Design Survey
This marks the 25th consecutive year in which Hammes was ranked as one of the top healthcare developers, with 20 of those years being in the No. 1 position.
Milwaukee, WI, May 16, 2023 – The Modern Healthcare 2023 Construction & Design Survey recognized Hammes as the nation’s No. 1 healthcare developer. This marks the 25th consecutive year in which Hammes was ranked as one of the top healthcare developers, with 20 of those years being in the No. 1 position.
The annual Modern Healthcare Construction & Design Survey, first published in 1980, ranks development firms based on the dollar volume of healthcare construction projects completed in the previous calendar year. Projects include outpatient and inpatient projects spanning new construction as well as expansions and renovations.
Last month, Hammes was also ranked as the No. 1 developer in the Revista 2023 Outpatient Healthcare Real Estate Development Report, which measures outpatient development activity. This is the first year the same company ranked as No. 1 in both surveys since the inception of the annual Revista report in 2017.
