Hammes Company selected by Greater Baltimore Medical Center for hospital addition project

Hammes Company has been selected as program manager by Greater Baltimore Medical Center for a new three-story addition to its current medical center in Towson, Maryland.

Milwaukee, WI, July 16, 2019 – Hammes Company, the nation’s leading healthcare developer as ranked by Modern Healthcare’s Construction and Design Survey, has been selected as program manager by Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) for a new three-story addition to its current medical center in Towson, Maryland.

The new 101,000-square-foot wing will include a new main entry and lobby area with amenities for visitors and two new 30-bed medical units. The project is expected to be completed in summer 2023.
