Wade Milligan named partner of Hammes Healthcare

Milwaukee, WI, July 11, 2023 – Hammes Healthcare, a leading provider of consulting and project delivery services, has named Wade Milligan a partner.

Wade joined Hammes in 2019 as a vice president where he led project management engagements for large, complex facility development projects in Tampa. In 2020, he was promoted to Regional Vice President with responsibility for overseeing the company’s operations throughout the Southeast.

Wade brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare facility development, including largescale hospital expansion and renovation projects. Before joining Hammes, Wade owned Cromwell Building Corporation, which he started in 2007. Cromwell specialized in construction management for healthcare and other commercial real estate projects. Prior to starting Cromwell, Wade was a vice president with Turner Construction Company in Tampa. His experience as a business owner, general contractor and owner’s representative brings unique strengths in developing optimal design and construction solutions for healthcare development projects.
