Two healthcare real estate development veterans join Hammes

Milwaukee, WI, September 15, 2022 – Hammes is pleased to announce the hire of two seasoned healthcare development professionals, Steve Buckeridge and David Ransom. Steve Buckeridge joins the team as a Senior Vice President with Hammes Partners while David Ransom joins Hammes Healthcare as Vice President of National Development Services.

Steve brings more than 25 years of healthcare real estate planning, development, acquisitions and transactional experience. Prior to joining Hammes, Steve was a Development Principal for MedCraft Healthcare Real Estate. Before this, he served as Senior Vice President at Health Care REIT (now Welltower).

David brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex real estate development, design and construction projects, including work with several notable health systems. Prior to joining Hammes, David was a Senior Vice President of Development for MedCore Partners. He is a licensed architect and will be based out of Hammes’ Dallas office.
