Hammes led nation in number of outpatient facility development projects started or completed in 2024
The 2025 Outpatient Healthcare Real Estate Development Report showed that Hammes was responsible for more outpatient facility development projects than any other firm in 2024.
Milwaukee, WI, April 29, 2025 - Hammes, a national real estate consulting, development, investment and management firm, was responsible for more outpatient facility development projects than any other firm in 2024 according to the annual Outpatient Healthcare Real Estate Development Report.
The 2025 Outpatient Healthcare Real Estate Development Report, produced by healthcare real estate data firm Revista and Healthcare Real Estate Insights (HREI) magazine, measured outpatient real estate projects that started or completed construction in 2024 based on data from over 170 companies.
Industry analysts have noted a shift toward smaller off-campus outpatient facilities to bring care closer to patients, creating more accessible and patient-friendly environments. Despite a decline in U.S. outpatient facility development volume based on total square footage, Hammes was responsible for 11 outpatient facilities, including medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, and specialized outpatient centers.
“This recognition underscores the trust our healthcare partners place in us and our team's ability to deliver state-of-the-art outpatient environments in a dynamic landscape,” said Todd Kibler, Hammes Partners Managing Principal. “As healthcare providers continue to evaluate where and how care is delivered, they look for partners who can help translate their strategy into real estate—efficiently, economically, and with patients at the center of the experience.”
